Nearly 115 children who were directly affected and devastated by the dreadful Easter Sunday bombing in Sri Lanka, on April 2019, were hosted to commemorate World Children’s Day. The objective was to inspire children of the tourism and hospitality industry with an element of fun. We hoped the day helped at least temporarily erase the trauma and dark memories of the most unfortunate event that had shattered their lives a few months ago.
